Playing Catch Up

Let's see...it's been awhile since I've posted! Last weekend was our first overnight away from home as a family of four. We went to the Tischer family cabin, where (almost) everyone in the family--my dad and mom, his three sisters and their families, and my grandparents were there. I, of course, was anxious about going, but it was a really nice time. Isaac had a great time looking for frogs with help from cousins!
Piper spent most of the time sleeping in her moses' basket.
Eddy, Isaac, and Grandpa J in Grandpa J's boat.
Last night was the first time we put both kids in the tub together. It'll be fun to watch them interact as they get older!

Yesterday Hermantown had a parade, so we went to our daycare provider's house (she lives on the parade route) to watch. Isaac loved watching it and especially loved collecting candy!

This evening we went down to the Lakewalk and threw rocks in the water, watched a ship come through the canal, and had our first pictures taken as a family of four down there. As we were getting in the car to go home, Isaac said "I go again soon, mama". We agree.

Isaac really likes pushing his sister in the stroller...for about 5 seconds, then the fun wears off!
