Then the truck came. The kids were in awe of how big it was. As it would turn out, only our stuff was the only load on the truck (not because we had that much, but because no other load was scheduled from here to Milwaukee in this time frame).

The movers were incredible. They were so organized and had so many things that made it easier--carpet protectors, huge blankets to wrap things up and giant rubber bands to hold the blankets, large rolls of Saran Wrap, dollies, and other lifting support.
The rain held off most of the day, and just started to spring as our neighbors M and N came over to say goodbye. We sure have loved living near them.

This sign was the same sign as when we bought the house, 5 1/2 years ago.

Last family pictures as the Morgans on West Morgan Street.

We walked next door and said goodbye to our friends J and D. They are so much more than neighbors. Along with M, D and W, and C & J, they have become true friends. It was really hard to say goodbye.

We spent our last night in Duluth at Eddy's parents' house. The cousins came over to say goodbye.

Big day tomorrow.
