Friends

Last week I watched my goddaughter, Carly, while her mom ran some errands. It was self-serving on my end; I had a few things that I needed to do, and a friend was just what Piper needed to stay occupied!

The girls are only 6 months apart in age, but it's just been the past few weeks that they are somewhat in the same developmental stage. It was so cute to listen to them with their imaginative play. I heard, "you be the mom and I'll be the sister". And then they came upstairs to ask what I needed at the grocery store. When they "got back", I asked if they would go to Target because I needed paper towels and toilet paper". Carly's response was, "We have toilet paper at our house!".

They had coordinating shoes, so it was an opportunity for a photo shoot.
