Well, I intended to post pics of our new place--even took a bunch of pictures after Eddy and I cleaned this weekend. But then we went to the paint store on Monday, and now I'm in the middle of painting the family room! Next is the guest bedroom. So, the pictures will have to wait a little longer. I didn't think we'd have to paint, but I got the itch. Eddy offered to help, but I (quickly) declined his help. He doesn't have an eye for detail when it comes to painting; he can keep Isaac busy instead.
Isaac did something new tonight. While in his highchair during dinner, he looked at us, pointed his finger, furrowed his brow, and in a firm voice, said "no"! Apparently we gave him a good reaction because he continued to point and say it over and over again. Ugh.
We're going on a trip this summer! We'll be flying to Upstate NY to see Eddy's relatives, including Isaac's namesake, great uncle Rich. Wasn't sure if we'd be able to afford plane tickets, but Eddy found a good deal online today. We are excited--and crossing our fingers that Isaac will be a better flyer than we are!

Great start on the Blog! Thanks for the genuine comment on my blog. It's nice to hear the truth from other mom's on their experience and that I'm not the only one who didn't have little birds singing out side my window every morning as my baby lay sleeping soundly in her crib.... :) Anyways, I need to talk to you! I'm planning on getting my NP and looking at CSS. I'd like to know what you thought of the program etc...
