Ramblings

Piper really likes this hat that my friend Sara crocheted for her. I'm glad she made it big, so it still fits! She wanted to wear it to school so she could show her friends.





In unpacking, putting away, organizing, and making this house a home, I've realized something about my husband...he tends to put things where they fit, not necessarily where they belong or make sense. For example, the garbage and recycling cans. Yes, they FIT between the cabinets and the antique sideboard. But it doesn't make SENSE. They are now a good 15 steps from the sink and where we prep meals. I'm humoring him for now...but not for long!





I was able to get Isaac's school pictures that were taken his last week at Lowell. I BEGGED him to smile nicely, and he did!





I wasn't with the kids on Halloween, but I laid out two Halloween outfits that Piper could wear. She got this hand me down jumper from her friend Myla. She posed for a picture so Eddy could text me. She looks so grown up!
